RESACON is proudly hosted by the Real Estate Staging Association® (RESA®), the first and only North American trade association dedicated to advancing professionalism and excellence in the home staging industry. NEW FOR 2025 – RESA® Members now have the option to purchase an All-Access Pass with extra perks! This ticket is available exclusively to members. However, if you’re a RESA® member opting for the payment plan, you can register a non-member under the same plan. Simply sign both yourself and the non-member up for an All-Access Pass with Payment Plan at a rate of $1,099 each. Non-members can only purchase General Admission tickets if not registered through this option.
Due to contract guarantees with the hotel facility, there are no refunds for RESACON.
Absolutely! When we consider educational sessions for RESACON we try to make sure there are sessions for each level of business. Attending RESACON will help give you the tools and confidence you need to kickstart your staging business!

On the evening of the second day of RESACON Vegas.
Business casual. Dress in layers as event space tends to run hot and cold. Feel free to dress up Cocktail attire for the Kick-Off Event and the RESA® Home Staging Industry Awards Dinner (there will be a professional photographer at both of these events).
Attendees may not record audio or video of sessions at RESACON. RESA® allows cameras on the show floor. Attendees may take pictures within the show for purposes of company or annual reports, company media pieces, marketing materials, etc.
RESA®, the convention facility, and all attendees are required to follow the state or any federal mandates regarding COVID-19.

When you are ready to check in, make your way to the registration area, on the bottom floor of the M Resort. There will be signs and the front desk will direct you.
No. Everything is electronic and we will be able to see your registration.
You must register with the Las Vegas Market in order to attend. Registration is free. They request everyone to register before arriving to Market. Be sure you upload any necessary credentials prior to arriving onsite. Please monitor your email box for updated messages to ensure your registration is complete. Visit their registration page for information. When you are asked for your affiliation upon registration choose RESA-Real Estate Staging Association.
